I'm Jim, a consultant with a practice in Process Design, Change Management, and Organizational Development. I also help job seekers with LinkedIn profiles, interviewing skills and goal setting.

I retired from the US Air Force with the rank of Lt Col, after serving as an intelligence officer for 27 years. While in my Air Force commissioning program, I developed my passion for building capacities in people and teams for leadership and meaning.

Over the last thirty years, I have researched and worked on organizations, systems, processes, technology and leadership. I am also currently completing a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership.
